About me

Who is Abisola Bright?

Available for speaking, training & mentoring

I cannot code. I have never coded. And I built a tech company anyway. With over five years in the startup world, a first-class economics degree, and a background as a nail technician, I know what it takes to build from the ground up: without a technical background, without a big network, and without a blueprint.

The tool that changed everything for me was AI. It's how I run product, marketing and operations at Polishpad without writing a line of code, and it's now the heart of what I teach. I've won over £40k in grants, built and scaled a SaaS platform used by nail techs across the UK, and supported early-stage founders through mentoring, workshops and consultancy.

My talks and training combine authentic storytelling with actionable, hands-on insight. I'm recognised for an authentic, approachable and empowering style, and I bring the credibility of a founder who has personally navigated starting and scaling a business.
